San Diego, CA – April 11, 2012 – In the new May 2012 issue of HOW Magazine, the national award-winning design publication spotlights Jacob Tyler for their unique hiring practices, inventive leadership and in-depth personality testing in a feature article titled “DESIGN BY PERSONALITY.” The five page write-up delves into the fascinating and powerful results behind Jacob Tyler’s growth and use of the 16PF, a personality test brought to the company by the San Diego-based New Brain for Business Institute.
The 16PF measures where a person falls between 16 pairs of personality traits, such as reserved vs. warm, concrete reasoning vs. abstract reasoning and relaxed vs. tense.
