During this weekend’s South by Southwest (SxSW) festival, the nation’s largest annual interactive, music and film conference, Borglar alongside CEO Andrew Couch and Kollegian will unveil the newest generation of mobile gaming to more than 20,000 projected interactive attendees.
Borglar allows for users to collect virtual coins, medallions, and other special items that can be exchanged for real-world rewards. Kollegian, who has received a six-percent stake in the San Diego-based startup, is tasked with marketing to gamers within the real-life adventure space. Kollegian believes the convergence of the virtual and real world is the next generation of social marketing.
