SAN DIEGO, December 19, 2011 — Today, Jacob Tyler, a nationally-acclaimed, full-service brand communications agency based in San Diego, announced that it would serve as a collection point for badly-needed items requested by the various programs housed within The San Diego Rescue Mission.
The Rescue Mission has been serving San Diego’s homeless and poor populations for the past fifty years by providing food, clothing and spiritual guidance to those in need.
“Jacob Tyler is committed to giving back to the community of San Diego and of course, to helping those in need during the holidays and beyond,” said Les Kollegian, CEO of Jacob Tyler. “Philanthropy is an intrinsic part of our agency culture, so much so, that giving back is a part of our hiring and review process. Our philanthropy team picks a few groups a year to support, and the work the Rescue Mission does to provide shelter, food, and hope for those in need, is nothing short of amazing.”
Mr. Kollegian added that if anyone would like to contribute, they can bring any of the following items to Jacob Tyler’s downtown headquarters at 625 Broadway, Suite 1025.
