Today – I had the pleasure of speaking at the Customer Engagement World conference in New York City. I presented with Grayson Lafrenz and Nicholas Slettengren of Power Digital Marketing, our strategic partner, on the importance of brand in digital marketing and SEO.
We explained the importance of maintaining brand cohesion in digital marketing efforts to drive growth, engagement and conversion. The digital marketing revolution has arrived, many companies have reallocated 40 percent of their marketing budgets from traditional to digital. Engagement – rather than traditional ‘selling’ – is what drives growth in today’s climate.
The conference was held at the Javitz Conference Center and brought together marketing and branding strategists, technical experts and C-Level executives to discuss cutting edge customer engagement tools, tips, strategies and solutions.
It was a blast.
